Sometimes that looks like 1:1 coaching, sometimes an AI tool, sometimes a workshop for your whole team – but the goal is always the same: get your important project to the finish line.

After building an over 15 years long career working in his childhood's dream job as software engineer, he made a cold-blooded decision to start a new profession as a personal coach. Before this he passionately underwent endeavours as a dedicated fighter, singer/songwriter, entrenepreuer, programmer, executive editor, gardener, and festival organizer, to name a few.
During this vivid journey he has graduated as a Master of Sciences and studied psychology in the University of Turku, Finland.
Mike is a vigorous reader and his personal library contains currently around 200 non-fiction books. In the early days of his working career Mike used to be very shy and silent colleaque. Today he has found his voice, and perhaps due to this quirk, quite many of his books are related to communication.
Mike’s clients navigate to correct direction, and maintain motivation to push through the ups and downs of concrete cold reality. People trust in Mike because of his personality. He is precise and demanding when necessary, never judgemental, and always friendly and honest.
Mike has made a decision to keep coaching and being coached as long as possible, because he has witnessed the profound effects that the process of coaching has. For example, Mike has been a disciple of the well-known London life coach Tomas Svitorka.
Mike’s mission is to contribute to human kind by building a more inspired, happy, and productive society – one success story at a time.
