**Published prices and terms (26 October 2026):** Ongoing coaching costs €250 per month, including VAT, for two sessions per month plus WhatsApp messaging support between sessions. A one-off session costs €90 per hour, including VAT. The introductory call is free, typically lasts less than 30 minutes and creates no obligation. **Background:** Mike has more than 15 years of software engineering experience, a master's degree from the University of Turku and university-level studies in psychology. His coaching qualification is LCAF Certified Coach®.
